I’ve lived in six different apartments across the valley and this is BY FAR the best one I’ve lived in! It was obvious from the beginning that they care about their residents and the community. The leasing process was a breeze, they were very easy to get in contact with and were incredibly helpful with any questions or modifications to our lease. The community itself is beautiful and well maintained. The unit was in great condition moving in and it was obvious that they took the time to ensure everything was working and looked good. The maintenance staff here is top notch! They are very prompt with work orders and stay on top of any developments if the issue continues past their original visit. The leasing staff is very friendly and always answers the phone which is something that I’ve encountered as rare in most places. I appreciate all the communication with various things in the community. There is never any wondering if they are aware of an issue or addressing it, we know exactly what’s going on. They also do a great job of encouraging a sense of community which can be hard to achieve in an apartment. They are constantly bringing out food trucks, holding events, and encouraging communication amongst the residents. The size of the community is also a plus, with only a couple hundred units, it is very easy to get to know your neighbors. This community feels very safe and we haven’t had any issues with other residents or people in neighboring communities. We really feel at home here where we haven’t in other apartments. We love living at Camden Foothills! We’ve been here for almost a year now and just signed a renewal!
