Both (Brook and Jacob) helped me out in move-in to the apartment.
Brook called me immediately when the apartment was open/ready.
Jacob also helped me (while I was moving to the apartment).
James (maintenance supervisor tried all his ways to fix the issues. He proactively contacted me about the blinds issue and he is helping in fixing them as well).
Thanks to 3 of you in addressing and clearing my questions.

Station House has been my home for over 2 years, and it has been a wonderful place to live. The apartments are well kept and the facilities have been immaculate.
The leasing office, with Amber, Hart, and Jacob running the show, is always willing to help. They are very communicative about any updates to emergency situations as well as news for the community. This has been really helpful especially during the pandemic.
James and Shane are super quick and responsive when there is a maintenance request. And Judy makes sure that the hallways, common areas, and elevators are spotless and smelling great. I don't think I could ask for a better place to live.

I have lived in Station House for a little over 5 months and based on my experience so far, it’s definitely a 5-star place.
What impresses me the most is the maintenance team here, especially Shane who takes ownership of residents experience and always exceeds my expectations. All of my maintenance requests were taken care of within 2 days even on weekends and well communicated.
However, if anything holds me to renew the lease, here’s something I don’t fully enjoy:
1. The appliances are not new and actually they are much older than what building exterior looks like. Bunch of scratches on the stove, stains on the wall, etc.
2. My apartment was not thoroughly cleaned upon my move-in. I won’t disclose the details here but check it twice if you’re newly moving into the building so that they can help.
3. Parking garage requires a key to open, which is quite large and sometimes insensitive. It can be frustrating if someone waits behind. FYI, it’s $170/month for my spot(non-EV).
4. The patio is 90% of time useless for me as when it rains, the patio will be soaking in water and probably never dries out in Winter.
Note that my comments are solely based on my unit which is a one bedroom w/patio facing 166th ave ne.
Overall, my living experience at here is pretty great. I have lived in much newer apartments but I still had bad experience due to poor management, but at Station House I can confirm that the management team here is striving to bring the best experience for its residents.

I was very impressed at how quickly my concerns were addressed. The team got the work done quickly and did a great job. Always impressed with the team of employees here...professional and friendly. A winning combination! Shane does an excellent job at keeping things in top top shape and I appreciate how fast my request was done.
12/2021 UPDATE: James and Shane always go above and beyond to take care of any maintenance issues that arise. Any concerns I have are addressed very quickly, and they are both friendly and professional.
Love living at Station House apartments and am so grateful for the wonderful team that make up the staff here. Shout out to Hart and Amber for always having a friendly hello as I walk through the lobby! The apartments are beautiful, the inside and outside of the complex are well maintained, garage parking is nice and I feel safe with the security measures in place. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

Brooke M. is amazing at their job! She has fantastic customer service skills, is quick to answer any questions I had, made move in easy and seem less. You have the perfect person for the job!
After living at Station House for just about one full year, I decided to renew my lease because of how awesome it is living here. The amenities (when they come back online - and I must add that the response to COVID-19 has been among the best) are truly amazing.
While we may not have a rooftop deck, our courtyard is stunning and Redmond offers so much in terms of shopping, nature, and ease of access. I can't forget to mention the lofted community space that has a pool table and movie theater!!
Station House is surrounded by 4 grocery stores within walking distance, tons of shopping centers, and is filled with diversity. Living here really has established a feeling of "home", which I didn't expect coming into my first luxury apartment complex.
I always let people know how fortunate I am to live here. Parking is substantially cheaper than anything you'll find across the lake in Seattle. You have a 10 minute commute (by car) during rush hour if you work at Microsoft, or a 25 minute commute (door to door) by bus.
I can't recommend this place enough to anyone who is interested. Laina is amazing, and the way the rest of the staff has continued maintaining a sense of community during extraordinary times is award-worthy. Not to mention, of course, how well maintained the building is thanks to the amazing staff.
Go Team Station House!

We can definitely recommend Station House to our friends and family. The application process for the ARCH apartments was not easy and took a lot of time, but the complex managers were professional and interested, helping us every step of the way. The move was marred by the condition of the apartments, which did not meet our expectations, but Brooke and Jason promptly resolved these issues. We are happy to be part of the Station House community and to make this place our home

Lived here for a year and had to move out in Oct 2022 due to out of state job relocation.
Pros:
* nice view, nice amenities, nice location, nice management team
Cons:
* you will hear footstep due to wood floor. luckily people above my unit were nice and they did not party hard at midnight.
* the parking space is super narrow
* no amazon hub locker, but a common storage room instead. sounds less secured but nothing bad happened to me.
Overall my experience here was great.
