We have been tenants for two years and our experience has been amazing. The place felt like home away from home. It was a blessing to have a great maintenance team that tended to all requests with promptness and efficiency. I wanted to give a special shout out to Ian and Steven who have gone above and beyond. There have been ups and downs- when we had to endure noise during renovations, issues with packages getting stolen from package room due to unauthorized people accessing the package room; but nothing that was unbearable. The location is stellar as all essentials are easily available at walking distance, and icing on the cake is the trail behind the property that connects to Marymoor park. Lastly we want to thank Tom from the leasing team for being a great help not only during the leasing process but also for being a constant during our entire stay. Really appreciated his kind and helpful attitude and we've relied on his advice many times.

Jeff and Brennen provide excellent maintenance service. They tried everything until something worked instead of turning away, and looked around to see what else could be fixed instead of trying to minimize their work. You can tell they really care about the community and how they can make their home a happier place to live. They have the electrical knowledge and compassion. Thanks a lot and I hope you stay with us for the long haul!
