I have been living here for almost 6 months. I thoroughly enjoy the vicinity and the management is very friendly. The place is nice and always clean. The maintenance department does a fine job, every issue is resolved within 24hours. Very recently we got our bathroom fixed, Matt did a wonderful job.
I like how the management takes so much effort to celebrate all global festivals with relatable decorations. The Gym, here is a great place to workout with world class facility in there. And the club room is always the highlight of the vicinity. It's great to be living around here.

I've been a resident of this community for about two years now and I LOVED my stay here. I cannot think of a better community than this in the area considering costs, accessibility and location.
Jenna has been very helpful in providing prompt responses/resolutions and has been making it simple for the residents.
I would highly recommend this community for anyone.

The maintenance team is very responsive and helpful. Matt Goodwin helped with a maintenance request we had and he was kind enough to reschedule as per our convenience. He did a solid job of the work order as well.

My roommate and I moved here recently and we had gotten stuck with our uhaul down a ramp due to loss of traction on a rainy day. The Avalon employees were very kind about it (even though the truck was blocking one of the exits) and helped redirect cars from going down the ramp even though it was raining. The apartment is really spacious with tall ceilings and so far we love it!

I’ve been a tenant at Avalon Estera Park for about a year now. Throughout that time, there have been ups and downs in my experience here, however the one constant has been a helpful team in the front office, who has stepped up and addressed issues as they arose.
the standout on the team in my eyes is Riley on the front office team, who has always done a kick-butt job of hearing my complaints and actually stepping up to resolve them. Truly a fantastic dude who deserves all the praise.
Would I recommend Avalon Estera Park? Overall I think it’s a compelling community when compared to others in the area, with competitive lease rates and very affordable parking (underground and secure, too -rare in Redmond!)

2nd round review on my second lease term here. I stand by my first review a year ago: the community workers here are what set this apartment from others. (Aside from the nice apartment / amenities itself)
I would like to thank Riley in particular for his help today, in searching a time-critical delivery package for me. Riley was quick to react, resourceful, smart, and most importantly empathetic towards my situation. He personally walked around all the neighborhood with me, jumped in with both feet, exploring and searching the package - with compassion and empathy. I truly believe any employer is lucky to have Riley working for them. The thankfulness cannot be overstated. (he knocked on my door with the package in his hand in the end)
Incident today was only a snapshot of day-to-day life in this community. I’ve received help from Kacie, Sanam, Sam, Courtney during my leases here since 2022. All with promptness and kindness. For those who cherish community bondings when considering your residency, I would no doubt recommend AVA Esterra as your next home.

Having recently moved into Avalon Esterra Park, my husband and I already love it here! The apartments are spacious with lots of natural light and the amenities of the building and within the apartments are very modern. Jenna Cazares was our leasing agent and she made our leasing process extremely smooth!

We have lived at Avalon for about 3 months now and are very impressed with this community.
Pros:
- The leasing office and management staff are incredible. Every single staff member is wise, caring, and takes action to solve any problems you may be having. This has been the best management staff I have ever seen for an apartment complex.
- The community is brand new and therefore apartments very nice. The units in the South building are modern and well finished.
- The onsite gym is incredble. Lots of natural light and very well equipped. For most people, you could probably cancel your gym membership and just use the onsite gym for your fitness needs. This has to be the best gym I have seen at an apartment.
- The maintenance staff are fantastic. They have always responded within 24 hours and they are always warm and friendly.
- The parking here is perfect - very secure and a lot of extra space. The complex is also very accommodating to guests and it's incredibly easy for them to park in the retail space of the garage.
- The units are *very* energy efficient. Every unit is completely individually metered. We are paying 1/3 the price for utilities as we did in our last apartment (@LIV Bel-Red).
Cons:
- Only the South building has a modern design. Personally I feel the the North building units are a bit pricey for being so generic and classic. The South building might be more worth the money. This of course is personal preference.
- There is construction that occurs 5-6 days out of the week and it is quiet loud. Especially for anyone facing Turning Street, you will have non-stop trucks going by during the day.
- Construction dust is in the air. I am finding we have to clean at an abnormal frequency to keep the dust under control.
