You won’t find a better bang for your buck in the area. Located just a few blocks west of downtown. The property has a secure entrance and community feel. Walking distance to everything you need including food, stores, restaurants, entertainment and more (see aerial). Street parking only, with numerous reasonably priced long-term parking lots available within a short walking distance. Small pets welcome. Requirements are as follows: $40 app fee per adult application, 3 times rent to income ratio, 650+ credit score, positive rental history, proof of income (via paystubs/bank statements), etc. All applications need to be complete. Please also include a copy of your driver's license/ID when submitting your application(s). We use Snappt for all verifications.
