I moved into this complex in mid July and did not have my hopes up, it was a complicated process with miscommunications on both ends. However after living here I have grown to enjoy it and have already planned to renew my lease. Although the applications are a bit outdated the layout and structure of the buildings really make it feel like a home. Large open living areas and some fun customizable spaces. What REALLY sets this place apart from others that I have lived in is Darrel the Property Manager. One night around 1:30am I came home to my tub knob (the faucet that turned on and off the shower/tub) spewing water. After many failed attempts to fix it myself I reluctantly resorted to calling the emergency line. Within 5 minutes (at about 2:15 AM) Darrel showed up with his bag of tricks and was able to fix and replace the knob. This is an example of extreme accountability from a property manager. I respect Darrel and the passion and effort he puts in to making the other residence and I comfortable here and always having a good attitude when I see him around the property! Thanks Darrel!

These condos are great! Amazing location with proximity to everything Austin has to offer (minutes from Lady Bird Lake, downtown, an HEB+, shopping, restaurants and so much more). Pool, volleyball court, small trail and tons of green space! The negative reviews all seem to mention landlord issues, but each unit is separately owned.
