This apartment building is managed by the worst company out there. Marilu is a poor excuse of a manager and beyond unprofessional. To the point that she will avoid your calls and lie to you She charge me a cleaning fee when the unit was not even turned into me clean. Her husband is the “handy man” he doesn’t know what he is doing and all he does is half fast work. He did a walk through with us told us they everything in the unit was clean and in perfect condition. But the property management called inco real estate group It’s a real estate company that has no business managing properties and hires people with no experience or any concept of the law when it comes to a tenants right and property owners rights Marilu kept 500 dollars of our deposit. Staying a cleaning fee and for missing blinds. We have proof that blinds weren’t missing and they still kept our money and we told her the handy man told us it was clean and in better condition then it was before we got the unit and she still refused to give us that money back Pictures below show a portion of how dirty this place was. Paid 2200 a month for a unit that looked decent but was actually falling apart and a horrible management company
