I've been living at The Lex On Central since 2021 and will be until I have to leave the Phoenix area.They have offered excellent service, always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The staff at The Lex On Central are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live.
The maintenance team (Scott & Leo) are fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly.
Front office (Lauren & Mayra) are very human, nice, understanding and compassionate. They helped me threw my move in process which was nerve wrecking for me moving to a new state! Lauren is a walking book of Knowledge & my go to when I have any questions on where to eat or go for midtown vibes!
Mayra is super helpful keeping me on track to making my move in easy peezy!
I feel so lucky to live here! I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers. Would (and have) recommended The Lex to many friends moving to the central area.
I absolutely loved living at The Lex! The location is perfect, with everything I need just minutes away. The management team (Lauren and Myra) is incredibly responsive and always friendly, making sure all my needs are met promptly. The amenities offer a great lifestyle and convenience; very pet-friendly and feels like living in a townhome instead of an apartment. Highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a fantastic place to live!
When we first moved in we heard that people kept coming back here to live. Now that we have experienced it, we can see why. Thank you Lauren for all that you do. You are amazing! We are extremely appreciative we found The Lex.
When my husband and I were looking for apartments, the pickings seemed slim and we were starting to get nervous about our prospects of finding something safe and comfortable in our price range. But then we toured the Lex-- and immediately knew that this was the right choice. Our apartment was airy and light with tons of storage, plus all the amenities we needed, including a washer/dryer and a garage! We lived there for over two years, and during that time we were very well-cared-for by the leasing office staff and the maintenance staff. There were rarely issues, but whenever we ran into something, it was fixed promptly. We loved the area-- it was right by all our favorite restaurants and it was nice to be so close to the canal (I ran along the canal often). We truly enjoyed our time there and will miss our apartment.

Are phenomenal they are caring very professional and understanding very detailed provide plenty of information they made me very happy I would like to take this time to say thank you for being such warm welcoming the Apartment complex is a very nice environment highly recommend. I was lucky enough to call The Lex on Central home for 7 years (the only reason I left was due to a job in a new state), living there from 2017-2024. The property management and maintenance teams are friendly and responsive. You will get to know each of them by name and have no issues contacting them via phone, in-person, via the portal or text. As a female who lived alone, I always felt extremely safe on property (extremely important, as I frequently arrived home after dark/late at night).
In addition, the location of the Lex is prime, with access to the Light Rail & Canal, as well as an easy rideshare pickup or drive/bike to any part of Phoenix Metro. In a city that is growing exponentially, The Lex truly feels like home.

The LEX has been exactly what we needed. As mentioned, Lauren, Maya, Scott, Leo are all exceptional in taking care of our needs. Moreover, they all went the extra mile when we needed a special place to celebrate our daughter's sacraments of initiation at SFX across the street. Very responsive in all ways & all topics.
So grateful to have found the Lex when we did....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I lived at the Lex for two years, it was my boyfriend and I’s first apartment together and it was fantastic. Will always hold a special place in my heart.
Perfect location. Everything you could want is so close by. So many fun things to do in this area. Will miss being right on the canal and walking/running right outside my apartment everyday.
Maintenance and office staff were always super helpful with literally any issue. Was never worried about something happening because I knew they would take care of it quickly.
Loved the pool and the gym so much. Pool always heated or cooled to a perfect temp. Gym never really had many people in it so it was like I had my own private gym.
Even hosted a few parties in the club house because it was such a perfect space for it. Was so easy to reserve and office was so helpful and accommodating.

Will miss the Lex!
Wife and I have lived here for almost 5 years (Dec. '18 through present Nov. '23). 1300 sq ft, two bedrooms (one with a walk-in closet), two baths, two-car garage side-by-side -- it has been an excellent stay.
Modern look-and-feel for the kitchen w/stainless-steel door refrigerator + freezer. Our favorite part of this place is its location -- mid-town Phoenix right off of Central Ave. and between Camelback to the north and Indian School to the south. Near to grocery stores (AJs, Trader Joe's, two Frys, Target, Walmart), restaurants (less than 1/2 mile from Central Ave & Camelback) and coffee shops (less than 1/4 mile to the stores at Central Ave & Highland, or Central Ave & Campbell).
Leasing and maintenance staff have been responsive to our need as well. It's worth noting that if a resident does leave an emergency maintenance phone call message, someone 'will' call you back, even if it doesn't fall into the true 'emergency' maintenance category.
