I've been living at The Lex On Central since 2021 and will be until I have to leave the Phoenix area.They have offered excellent service, always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The staff at The Lex On Central are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. The maintenance team (Scott & Leo) are fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. Front office (Lauren & Mayra) are very human, nice, understanding and compassionate. They helped me threw my move in process which was nerve wrecking for me moving to a new state! Lauren is a walking book of Knowledge & my go to when I have any questions on where to eat or go for midtown vibes! Mayra is super helpful keeping me on track to making my move in easy peezy! I feel so lucky to live here! I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers. Would (and have) recommended The Lex to many friends moving to the central area.

I absolutely loved living at The Lex! The location is perfect, with everything I need just minutes away. The management team (Lauren and Myra) is incredibly responsive and always friendly, making sure all my needs are met promptly. The amenities offer a great lifestyle and convenience; very pet-friendly and feels like living in a townhome instead of an apartment. Highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a fantastic place to live! When we first moved in we heard that people kept coming back here to live. Now that we have experienced it, we can see why. Thank you Lauren for all that you do. You are amazing! We are extremely appreciative we found The Lex.
