This building is a hidden gem. Walking in I immediately felt welcomed and safe at the same time. The property is well located next to all the university district favorites, and by that I mean 1 skip away from food, shopping, university and more 🤩. The inside is quaint, with hints of modern updates but a well kept vintage feel. What I appreciated the most though was the support my roommate and I received during our tour with Robert. He was soo amazing. He didn’t hesitate to answer any questions we had. His willingness to help match us with the property that checked all of our boxes was exceptional and his energy and patience was unmatched. We love Robert and this hidden gem.

We’re so lucky to be able to call this place our new home through Robert, who made the process of looking for a new place almost entirely stress-free. They’re very willing to work with individuals who are in the process of building or rebuilding credit, which was such a deep sigh of relief. Working with Robert was such a refreshing experience, as he was compassionate, understanding, attentive to all of our concerns, transparent, and exuded such a warm and inviting energy. I really appreciated the level of realness that we experienced on our tours with him. We landed on this charming spot and highly recommend that anyone who is slightly interested take the plunge!
