I've been living at Glo for about 9 months now and they continue to impress me as time goes by! To start, Shawn and Solie in the leasing office are very approachable and extremely helpful with all of our concerns from the day we moved in, until this very day. The maintenance team Christian and Dallas are fantastic. They come promptly after putting in a work order and even abide by our neurotic request to put on shoe covers before entering our home! Super efficient and respectful. Finally, the cleaning team puts in WORK. I always see these folks cleaning-- from vacuuming the carpets and disinfecting the floors to wiping down the walls in the elevators-- even on weekends and holidays. Naturally, we live near DTLA, so it's impossible to leave things spotless (especially with hundreds of other tenants), but they sure to make an effort to keep the common spaces clean as best they can. After living in Inglewood for years with the literal worst landlord, living at Glo has been worlds of a difference and I'm happy to have made the move.

Leasing an apartment was easy to do with their checklist. Staff was friendly and answered any questions I had about the process. Highly recommend. Large apartment with nice amenities.
