We lived here for three years - while there were some hiccups, for the most part it was a great place to live! Location near train is fantastic. Rooftop is amazing. Had some trouble with package theft, but so does every place in Capitol Hill. Never really heard our upstairs neighbors.

I was live in Lexicon 4 years and always was happy! Appartment's manager Jeff always was so nice with everybody . And responsible on if ever anything broken. He was sending imediatelly maintenance people and he was cheking if they fix properly .
