I’ve been a resident at 923 Folsom for over a year now and just renewed my lease for another 14 months. The facilities here are brand new and very well maintained, but what really makes the difference is the customer experience that the management team here has managed to create. Nick and Janelle make residents feel at home, they listen to and attend to any issues that we have, and are constantly planning events and activities for residents. If you’re looking for your new home in SF, I highly recommend you check out 923 Folsom.

This apartment complex is one of the most impressive I have ever been to. Janelle Mammini welcomed us in and took her time to show us the entire complex, amenities & all of the system they have there which is pretty unique. I am a designer also, so I was super impressed with the level of finishes they put into this apartment building. Janelle was also super knowledgeable and really cares about every single tenant. It seemed like the tenants were like part of her family which was so comforting to see. Well done to the owners of 923 Folsom and you are lucky to have such an incredible woman working for you! Thanks again Janelle for the tour! Looks like my roommate and I have made our choice!
