Hello all! We are losing a roommate this month and need someone to hop into our open room by 1st May! US: 2 guys 1 girl, age ranging from mid-20s to mid-30s. We work mostly 9-5, sometimes more, sometimes from home. We're pretty laid back for the most part -- everyone's on their own schedule and doing their own thing for the most part, and everyone is into as little drama as possible. YOU: Girl, Guy, doesn't matter. You need a room starting on May 1st 2019 at the LATEST and plan on being around for a while. No drugs, no 420, no pets, you don't smoke inside. You don't have a bunch of people over playing music at midnight on a Wednesday. You are generally considerate and clean in common areas. You may not feel compelled to do your dishes immediately, but you don't leave dishes in the sink for days either. Also, we have a working dishwasher!! You don't mind sharing a bathroom. YOU NEED: A recent rental history, some proof of income like paystubs, AND you need to submit to a background check. The Presidio has pretty strict requirements for living here, BUT as long as you don't have accounts in collections and as long as you have a job and rental history, you can get on the lease! That's basically it... if this sounds like you, you'll probably fit in just fine. YOUR ROOM: 11x10 or so, not huge but how much space do you need, really? There's a closet and a window and blinds... pretty standard. It's also the most recently-painted room in the house! Which I suppose is nice. THE HOUSE: It's in the Presidio. It's a bit old but the price is right. The Presidio Trust has a work order service to come fix anything we have a problem with, which is a nice bonus. Plus we've been fixing parts of the house and making it even cooler 😉 BILLS: The room will cost you around $1000 per month before bills and utilities (specific details to come, if you email me). One of our roommates personally does the bills each month and tells everyone what they owe, and sometimes there will be slight fluctuations due to jumps in gas and water here and there, but it's pretty consistent. Your safety deposit is UNDER $600 (email me to set up a tour to get ALL prices!), and we'll need that with your first month's rent. Bills include wifi, utilities, and a monthly maid service that does a decent once-over on common areas the first week of every month. Grand total every month will be less than $1200, including ALL bills. ATTN: --> We DO have a guest parking pass and you can park in the guest parking spot that's at a small distance from the house. PRESIDIO: Neighborhood is great, mostly pretty chill and quiet especially on weeknights, the house is surrounded by some nice forest-y areas and a bunch of hiking/running paths. It's gorgeous. If you work downtown or need to get to BART, there is a free downtown shuttle for Presidio residents (once you get on the lease) that drops off at multiple locations. So... if interested send me a message ! We are hoping to schedule interviews and house tours ASAP. Once at that stage, I can tell you about the location of the place and anything else you may need. AND put the name of your favorite movie in the subject line, just because it's fun. For ALLLLLL other info, respond to this ad and I'll give you some information. Thanks!
