The rental rate is $9,800 monthly. We will host an open house on Friday, May 15, 2026 from 10:30-11:30AM. . We will be accepting holding deposits immediately after the open house in accordance with our priority system. Additional Information: Holding deposit is $9,800 Application fee is $64 per adult Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $100 per month – 3 cars maximum Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit and pet rent of $75 monthly per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residence. *Prices reflect a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before 5/25/26.
