We will be accepting holding deposits immediately afterward, in accordance with our priority system. The possession date for 726-B Liggett will be June 2nd, 2026. Additional Information: Holding deposit is $9,800 Application fee is $64 per adult Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $100 per month – 3 cars maximum Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit and pet rent of $75 monthly per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria.
