About 1504 Pershing Drive #A
The Presidio Residences is pleased to announce availability in our Baker Beach neighborhood. The location is a short distance to the beach and the shops and restaurants of the California, Clement, and Geary Street retail corridors, as well as the Palace of the Legion of Honor. The park's private shuttle, the Presidio Go, is ideal for downtown commuters. Offered at $5,850 monthly, 1504-A Pershing Drive is a 3-bedroom/1-bath apartment home with approximately 840 square feet. This apartment features hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove, as well as washer/dryer hookups. The reserved carport includes 40 square feet of outdoor storage. We will host an open house on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. We will begin accepting holding deposits immediately after the open house in accordance with our priority system. We are also offering 1569-C Pershing Drive, a 3-bedroom/1-bath apartment home with approximately 840 square feet at $5,500 monthly. Additional Information: Holding deposit:$5,850 Application fee is $64 per adult; Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $100 per month; and Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit, $75 monthly pet rent per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. Price reflects a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before October 13, 2026. Pricing may change after October 3, 2026. Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on Sunday.
