All countertops are new granite. Ceilings are generously tall, the walls refinished, and each room comes equipped with its own wall mounted heater. There are beautiful vintage style ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom adding to the existing charm to this remodeled unit. You will not be disappointed by all the hard work that has come to renovate this particular gem within the house. Note current photos are of the unit right now during renovation. The room will look at better once construction is completed. Move in date can be as early as 10/17/15. Application is FREE to run the credit check. Minimum 6-month lease is required.
