Unfurnished, except for piano in main bedroom needs to stay. 720 square feet. 5 unit building. Prime location along the wiggle and a block away from Duboce Park. Ample street parking. 2 months rent deposit upon signing (one is for deposit and one month will be used for last months rent). Owner pays for water and garbage collection, resident pays for electricity, gas, and internet. Available starting June 1st (let us know if you need it sooner and we can try to work this out). Usually have several qualified applicants and an HOA to abide by so we are looking for responsible and respectful tenants, especially since the other 4 units are owner occupied. We have videos of the flat so once applicants pass initial pre-screening questionnaire, we can send those videos. Process: 1. Applicants fill out initial questionnaire.
