The Presidio Residences is pleased to announce the availability of 536-A Simonds Loop. Simonds Loop is located on the eastern edge of the park between the Lombard Street and Presidio Avenue Gates. The neighborhood consists of 30 Mission-style duplex homes and one single-family residence built for officers’ just before World War II. The homes have a separate dining room, a living room with a large picture windows, and a spacious master suite. The homes also features a storage and laundry hook-up basement, as well as an attached one-car garage. 536-A Simonds Loop has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a duplex with approximately 1800 sq. ft. The starting bid for this home is $13,800* and it features beautiful historic details, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, basement for storage and laundry, and an attached garage. We will have an Open House on Wednesday, January 6th from 3 to 4 PM. We will begin accepting bids for the home at the Open House. Bidding Information: A bid package must include a brief proposal letter containing the following: initial monthly rental rate lease commencement date lease term-1 year minimum annual rent escalation factor % All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residence. Submittals will be evaluated based upon proposed financial terms and proof of ability to perform. The Presidio Trust and Presidio Residences will evaluate all submittals and conduct the selection process. The Presidio Trust is the sole and final decision-maker regarding this selection, and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or terminate lease negotiations at any time, and to modify or suspend any or all aspects of the process. Additional Information: Parking permits for each additional vehicle is $100 per month – 3 cars maximum Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit per pet, and a pet rent of $75 monthly per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required *Price reflects a twelve-month lease minimum and is subject to change after January 7, 2026.
