Offered at $4,270* monthly, 1573-B Pershing Drive is a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment flat with approximately 780 sq. ft. This apartment home has an unobstructed view of the ocean and Marin headlands over a green hillside. The home features hardwood floors in the bedrooms and spacious living/dining room. The tiled kitchen comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove and washer/dryer hookups. Also included is storage and a covered parking space. *Prices reflect a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before January 17, 2026. Pricing may change after January 7, 2026. Additional Information: Holding deposit is $4,270; Application fee is $46 per adult; Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $100 per month with a 2-car maximum; and Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit per pet, and there is monthly pet rent charged at $75 per pet per month. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.
