Also included is storage and a covered parking space. *Prices reflect a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before February 12, 2026. Pricing may change after February 2, 2026. Additional Information: Holding deposit is $4,070; Application fee is $46 per adult; Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $100 per month with a 2-car maximum; and Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit per pet, and there is monthly pet rent charged at $75 per pet per month. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required.
