It’s a 10 minute drive from the Downtown Phoenix ASU campus and close to a bunch of restaurants and bars. The condo is also a short walk to the light rail. The common areas are furnished and the utilities and internet are included in the rent. Ideal roommate would be a responsible, non-smoking, full-time employed, drama free individual with no pets. I am looking for a month to month agreement with no limit on the term of stay. There will be an initial screening and background check at the expense of the applicant.
