There is a low ceiling basement accessible, both from the kitchen and from a door in the backyard. This is where the washer and dryer are located. It is an unfinished space but is dry and appropriate for storage. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. They will have a an electricity account with Seattle City Light. Water/Sewer/Garbage will remain in the owner's name, but bill will be sent to the house for the tenants to pay. Approval criteria includes credit score of 700, income equal to 3x the rent, strong rental history. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the yard.
