The basement includes a bedroom with a queen bed, a desk and chair, an entertainment space, a laundry room, and a bathroom with a shower. Enjoy the deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and high-quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens for a comfortable sleep. A portable AC is available to beat the summer heat. Street parking is free and plentiful, and the neighborhood is safe. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet per night. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post-reservation confirmation. Upper Queen Anne, a charming Seattle neighborhood, is known for its scenic views, historic architecture, and lush Kerry Park. Explore quaint shops, local cafes, and fine dining options. It's close to top attractions like the Space Needle, offering a peaceful yet vibrant atmosphere for tourists. This area is perfect for strolling, sightseeing, and experiencing Seattle's rich culture and natural beauty. The neighborhood is very walkable with many dining, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance and less than a 5-minute walk to many bus stops. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are highly recommended. Guest access is granted via a smart lock. The home is equipped with a Ring Camera by the back door. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, and no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. There is a $500 fine per violation. Please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels.
