I love planning events and bringing people together so it would be awesome if you're down to host gatherings together from time to time. I'm generally pretty clean and invested in creating a beautiful living space! **Common interests**: Attending shows/events, spending time in nature. **Utilities and other costs**: PG&E bill **Pet policy**: No pets are allowed **Details about logistics and neighborhood**: This is a beautiful apartment in the perfect location (right in the middle of Castro, Lower Haight, and Mission Dolores) with super easy access to public transit. It's very safe and walkable to parks, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, coffee shops -- pretty much everything. **Parking situation details** :Residential street parking is also available if you need it, and there is generally a lot of easy parking. **Other details**: My name is Katie! I live in a 2-bed-1-bath apartment in Duboce Triangle. My current roommate is moving out in October so I am looking for a new roommate! About the space: Huge and spacious bedroom with built-in shelves & drawers. Faces the backyard so it's generally pretty quiet. There are two closets outside of the room that you can use for storage. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and has an in-unit washer & dryer. No pets allowed, sorry! About you: You are hopefully of a similar age, fully employed with a stable income, invested in keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, and a good communicator. I would love it if we could hang out and be friends, but of course I'll also respect your time to do your own things! If you're interested: I'm looking for someone who's down to move in from October 2023 (anytime in October is fine) to at least May 2024.
