HUGE Master Bedroom available for rent in my 3BD/2BA apartment in NOPA, San Francisco, beginning July 1st. It has a private bathroom (no sharing w roommates) and assigned garage parking spot. You would be sharing the apartment with me and another roommate. The apartment is spacious, completely updated, top floor, beautiful (hardwood floors, bay windows, sky-lights, working fireplace, balcony, and a private shared garden), and very well-located in the heart of NOPA (On the corner of Eddy St and Divisadero, close to several transit lines, walking distance to Pacific Heights, Golden Gate park, and all of the restaurants and bars of NOPA). In addition, there is a Google / tech bus stop on our block. Washer/Dryer are in the unit, which is extremely convenient. The Master Bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and is very spacious at 16x13. It has a beautiful view of the city, huge bay windows overlooking a side street and trees, gets fantastic light in the morning, and since we're on a side street there's not too much noise. It can easily accommodate a queen or king bed, desk and other furniture. This room includes the private parking spot in the garage, but can be negotiated without. Rent for this room is $2,050/month. Including parking it is $2,350/month. The shared areas of the apartment are partially furnished. Your bedroom is not. There is a shared storage space in the garage for the apartment.
