It's walking distance to Golden Gate park, amazing coffee shops, great restaurants (NOPA, La Urbana, 4505 BBQ, and BarrelHead Brewhouse just to name a few), bars and one of the best music venues (The Independent) in town! With it's central location you'll be able to get anywhere in SF easily and in minutes. The flat consists of 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5 - 7 people. Master: King bed, chest of drawers and closet, hangers, deck and memory foam mattress. 2nd Bedroom: Queen bed, chest of drawers, closet, hangers, deck. 3rd Bedroom: Twin bed, closet, hangers, clothes storage. Living Room: Simple, elegant yet spacious living room with a sectional couch that converts to a queen size bed. Kitchen: Dine in kitchen with California open shelving and Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher. Washer & Dryer in unit. ----------------------------- Guest Access There is a shared backyard that you are welcome to use as well as a private deck off of the two bedrooms. ----------------------------- The Neighborhood My husband grew up in SF and I've been here for almost 10 years and we're convinced that NOPA is the best place to stay in the city (that's why we live here too!). It's centrally located and literally within a short cab ( or Uber/Lyft) of anywhere not to mention iconic Haight Ashubury is only 3 blocks away. The neighborhood is vibrant and fun and within walking distance of arguably the best food, music venue and coffee shops you can find. Not to mention that Golden Gate park is only a block away. Overall you can't go wrong with a stay in NOPA if your visiting San Francisco. ----------------------------- Getting Around You'll be able to get downtown in minutes on the Hayes St bus (the #21) or to the ocean on the #5 but you can also call an Uber or Lyft to get you anywhere you want to go. ----------------------------- Other Things to Note Please be ecologically conscious. Please recycle and compost your debris. Conserve energy and most importantly conserve water. California has been in drought for decades. This year is one of the worst ever seen. Do not use water unnecessarily or for prolonged periods of time. 1. SMOKING: Please do not smoke indoors. You are free to smoke outside but please be sure to pick up any and all used cigarettes as the backyard is a communal space. 2. PETS: Pets are not allowed on the property. 3. PARTIES & GUESTS: Please no parties allowed. We share the building with wonderful people and there is a newborn on the top floor. No one likes to wake up sleeping babies :) 4. PARKING: Street parking is available but please be aware of posted signs. This is especially true on Masonic where they tow regularly. San Francisco is expensive enough without parking tickets! 5. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. 6. FIRES: The Fireplace is for decorative purposes only, no chimney vent is present. Do not light fires in the fireplace. 7. SHOES: Please take your shoes off in the house.
