The West Washington neighborhood is also near the 14th Avenue Gate with easy access to the western shoreline and the wild coastal bluffs. The community is a short distance from the shops and restaurants of the California, Clement, and Geary Street retail corridors, as well as the Palace of the Legion of Honor. This apartment home has a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The home also includes washer/dryer hookups, an enclosed rear patio, and designated parking spot. Additional Information: Holding deposit is $5,700.00 Application fee is $46.00 per adult Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $100.00 per month with a 2 vehicle maximum Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500.00 deposit and $75 per month per pet.
