Walk to everything in Boston, literally - Seaport, North End, Boston Common, Back Bay, Financial District. T and highway access (the two of us have commuted within Boston and to the burbs in every direction and this location was always convenient - Green, Red, Orange, Silver Lines, 93, 90). Garage parking across the street. Workout facilities close-by. Dewey Square gardens, grass and Farmer's Market. The convenience of South Station. First and last month's rent and one month's rent security deposit required upon lease signing. Completed application required prior to showing.
