Great place to live! Been here 3+ years in both an apartment and a townhouse. Maintenance takes repairs very seriously and makes every effort to get it fixed right the first time. Neighbors are pretty quiet. Nice covered parking garage. Here in the newly remodeled Redmond walking community, everything you need is in walking distance, which is quite healthy. The river trail is nearly ON the property and its great for walking and biking. It's great here!

My family and I have been living at Riverpark for the past 5 years and I can confidently say, it’s been the best experience. My apartment is like a luxurious penthouse, the bedrooms are big. The service team is efficient in responding to service request. I’m at Riverpark, you will never not find parking. The leasing team is nice and very helpful, even to my children. If you have a family, consider Riverpark and trust me you will not be disappointed.
