You will have a dedicated storage rack and full use of the storage closet in the laundry room. Two dedicated off-street parking spaces in front of the home are included in the lease. Yard care is included in rent. You are invited to enjoy the garden and add your personal touches to the spaces. $200/month for all usage of water/sewer/garbage. Smoking is allowed outdoors with the use of designated ashtrays only. No dogs. Cats are allowed with an additional pet rent of $30/month per pet and $500 refundable security deposit. Pet screening is required even if you have no pet. (Service and ESA Pet Screening Approval required at no charge). 1st month rent of $2300, and an equal security deposit is required for a 12-month lease. $55 application fee per adult 18 years and older.
