Eight attractive stucco duplexes were built along Storey Avenue in 1933 as enlisted family housing. All 16 units feature 3 bedrooms. The first floor consists of a kitchen, living room, glassed-in sun porch, and a formal dining room. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor. The neighborhood is in the Fort Scott area of the Presidio, near the historic Log Cabin and adjacent to a large meadow with views of the Golden Gate Bridge. We will have an open house on April 29, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Due to the high volume of interested households, we will begin accepting holding deposits starting with Presidio-based employees. If applicable after 10 a.m., and according to our priority system, we will offer the home to the general public households who have confirmed their interest. Additional Information: Holding deposit is $5,900 Application fee is $46 per adult Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $75 per month – 3 cars maximum Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit per pet, and a pet rent of $50 monthly per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. Additionally: Wearing face masks indoors is required during the tour, regardless of vaccination status Please do not attend the showing if, in the past 10-days, you have experienced fever or chills, shortness of breath, trouble breathing, cough, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, sore throat, congestion, a runny nose not attributed to allergies, new loss of taste, smell, or other flu-like symptoms *Please note that not all cars will fit in the garage/driveway.
