Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends, ending at 7 am. Parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are prohibited, with a $500.00 surcharge for groups being deceitful about the use of the house. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and in the community, with a $500 fine plus the cost of an ozone machine for violations. An early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee, and a $60.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10 am or the agreed-upon time. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Guests will be charged for any damaged, lost, or stolen personal property, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up.
