This garden-style unit requires climbing one to two flights of stairs; ground floor units are available upon request. This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. It features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, complimentary coffee, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and 100mbps+ internet. Enjoy access to the luxury fitness center, pool with spa cabanas and fire pits, Jacuzzi, and lounge and game room with pool table. Pool access is subject to seasonal and weather conditions. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length. Located in Kierland Commons, this condo is close to world-class golf courses, hiking trails, and spas. It is a short drive away from different attractions and is walkable to Kierland Commons. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
