Magnolia Cafe and Kendra Scott Flagship are a 2-minute walk, Perla's, Home Slice Pizza, and Jo's Coffee (the "I love you so much" sign) are a 10-minute walk, Cosmic Coffee + Beer Garden is 1.1 mile, Nomadic Beerworks is 1.8 mile, St Elmo Brewing Company is 2.4 miles, The Austin Winery is 2.6 miles, Zilker Park is 3 miles, Rainey Street District (Restaurants | Bars) is 2 miles, and H-E-B is 2 miles. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Pets are not allowed, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Smoking and parties or events are not allowed. To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. There are bugs, especially during cricket season, around September, and to help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings.
