The sprawling great room boasts vaulted ceilings, gleaming tile flooring, and soft, natural lighting that bathes the space in warmth. Imagine spending quality time in the living room, where an impressive 86" TV takes center stage, and a convenient mini bar is at your service. It's a space designed for gathering with friends and family, ensuring you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies in style. As you move to the open kitchen, you'll find granite countertops, an island, and a breakfast bar, making meal preparation a breeze. The heart of this home, the master retreat, invites you to unwind with its own 75" TV and a dedicated sound system, perfect for indulging in a good movie or simply relaxing. With a private ensuite and a separate patio entrance and exit, you may find it hard to leave this sanctuary. The large backyard is a haven of relaxation, with a partially covered patio with fire pit, grill, and wrought iron fencing that offers unobstructed views of the golf course, creating a serene backdrop for your outdoor activities. We charge $100 per day to heat the pool. Quiet community with nearby Acacia Park and hiking on North Mountain. Uber, Waymo, and Lyft are all available here as well as taxi, local bus, and Turo. No additional guests other than the ones staying are allowed. Exceptions can be made but must be arranged in advance. Violating this will incur a $200 charge per person per day. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. No animals are allowed. Should you bring an animal after violating the house rules, you will be asked to leave the premises. No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed. This is a zero-tolerance policy, and violations will result in a $500 fine and an additional $25 charge for every piece of evidence of smoking or drug use. No parties or events are allowed, and violations will result in being asked to leave with no refund. If there are any noise complaints or the police are called, you could be asked to leave with no refund. Late checkouts can be arranged (when available) for an additional $100 fee and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. A $150 charge applies to guests still on the property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for the arrival of the next guests. Cleaning crew will enter the home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that day's base rate. If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given.
