This 2-bedroom unit features an innovative open-concept design that blends the living and dining areas with the kitchen, creating a modern and sleek living experience. The living room includes a sofa bed, chair, 4K 55" HDR smart TV, and coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. Essential toiletries, towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided in each of the two bathrooms. Parking is available with one spot. A parking pass must be printed out. Pets are allowed, and an additional cleaning fee of $20 per night is required. As the building management requires additional information about each pet included in the reservation, guests are requested to send the following pet details: Name, Breed, Color, Photo, Rabbit shots, and (if a service animal) Certification for the nature of service. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability with 24 hours notice. Navigating the city is a breeze with convenient access to public transportation and major highways. Guest verification is required, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There is a $500 late check-out fee. If noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee.
