I am so sad to leave this place!!! It was my little happy place. Management was incredible. If I emailed, they got back to me within 5 minutes. The neighbors were so nice and the location was unheard of for the price! The only reason I’m leaving is because I need to be closer to family. Please take advantage of this incredible deal while you still can! We all know that dtphx is on the up!!!!

Best deal I've found downtown. For the price, I couldn't find any better apartments. There are minor drawbacks, like not having a manager onsite and the laundry room being kind of dirty with machines that break often, but the price more than makes up for it. It's not as nice as a new high rise, but those also come with high prices. I'm loving living here so far.
