The living space features an innovative open-concept design that blends the living and dining areas with the kitchen, creating a modern and sleek living experience. The living room is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family while watching a good movie or a show. Stylish interior design with carefully picked amenities and decorations make up for this lovely space. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen in which you can easily prepare your favorite, delicious meals. Its space and modern amenities are much more than you would expect from a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Only one parking spot is included. There may be additional parking in garages or on the street nearby. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2-pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If you’re considering staying here, you’ll find yourself in a vibrant and dynamic area with a lot to offer. Nearby shopping options include local boutiques, retail shops, and shopping centers like CityScape Phoenix. There are several parks and green spaces in and around downtown, such as Civic Space Park. Public transit options like the Valley Metro Light Rail make it easy to get around, and the area is also bike-friendly and walkable. The apartment has noise monitors installed that measure noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events are allowed. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited on this property. If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Depending on our cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee.
