For entertainment, the condo is equipped with three TVs, and the lovely patio provides a great space for relaxation with plenty of comfortable seating and a dining table for al fresco meals. There is an assigned parking spot, which is spot number 7 directly in front of the unit. You can also park in any spots that are not assigned to a unit. This lovely condo complex is just steps from the biking and walking paths along the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, canal banks, and the popular Chaparral Park and recreational area. Old Town Scottsdale, with its shopping and fabulous restaurants, is just minutes away. You will have full access to the condo with the exception of a locked owner's closet. No additional guests are allowed other than the ones staying, with a $200 charge per person per day for violations. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. No animals are allowed, and bringing one will result in being asked to leave the premises. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, vaping, or drug use, with a $500 fine for violations and an additional $25 charge for each piece of evidence found. No parties or events are allowed, and violations will result in being asked to leave with no refund. Noise complaints or police involvement could also lead to being asked to leave with no refund. Late checkouts can be arranged for an additional $100 fee if requested 24-48 hours in advance. A $150 charge applies to guests still on the property after checkout time. A $100 fee applies for a lost key. No crypto mining is allowed on the premises, and violations will result in being asked to leave with no refund.
