Feel at home in this 960 sqft, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome located in the heart of the charming Belmont Historic District. This is a 4-story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance. Enjoy this tastefully decorated townhome with modern urban farmhouse vibes. The kitchen is stocked with high-end kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, Keurig coffee and tea. High-quality beds, mattresses, pillows and linens ensure comfortable sleeping. A smart TV is available for streaming, and an on-site washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. The rooftop patio features comfortable outdoor furniture. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet per night. Located on a quiet and peaceful street, this townhome is a walker's paradise. It's a 5-minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Broadway E and 7 minutes from Lakeview Blvd Viewpoint, where you can enjoy views of Downtown Seattle, South Lake Union, and Queen Anne. The Capitol Hill Link light rail station is a 15-minute walk away, providing access to other parts of the city. Capitol Hill is the epitome of 21st-century Seattle: young, high-tech and culturally adventurous. It's the epicenter of coffee culture, home to clubs that spawned the grunge movement, and the site of some of Seattle's biggest events, like Block Party and the Pride Parade. While it's simply home to many, it's also one of the hottest nightlife neighborhoods and has a long list of things to do, from visiting beautiful Volunteer Park to going to the Seattle Asian Art Museum, to dining or hanging out at a microbrewery. This is a pet-friendly home, but please refrain from allowing pets on furniture and linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended and bring poop bags to pick up after your pets. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am, no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and no digital piracy or shoes are allowed in the home. A $500 fine will be charged per violation. The home does not have dedicated parking. A city-issued guest parking permit is provided for free street parking. Capitol Hill is a densely populated area, so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby. Guests must be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. Includes a height-adjustable standing desk and office chair, and fast internet, ideal for remote work.
