It's the epicenter of coffee culture, home to clubs that spawned the grunge movement, and the site of some of Seattle's biggest events. There are many dining, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance. Guests must be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. Digital piracy and shoes in the home are prohibited.
