This home offers a thoughtfully designed space with a full range of kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, and a Keurig coffee and tea maker. Enjoy the comfort of high-quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens for a restful sleep. The living room features a smart TV for streaming, and the home includes an onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Portable ACs are available to beat the summer heat, and the large windows provide plenty of natural light. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet per night. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post-reservation confirmation. Capitol Hill is the heart of Seattle, a prominent hub for food, music, and nightlife. It is an excellent neighborhood to live in, with a high walk score and many dining, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance. The home is just minutes away from the Capitol Hill Light Rail Station, which provides easy access to other parts of the town, including the airport. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are highly recommended for getting around. If you drove, parking at the property is convenient, although parking in downtown Seattle can be challenging. The fireplace in the living room is not functional and is not advertised as part of the rental. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, with quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. No digital piracy and no shoes in the home. A $500 fine applies per violation.
