Feel at home in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome near Seattle University and hospitals, just steps from the lively Pike/Pine and Broadway scene. This 1116 sqft, 4-story townhome (including the rooftop) has no steps to the entrance. This home features a great floor plan with beds and baths on different levels, perfect for group travel. Mini-split air conditioning is available in every area, and large windows provide plenty of natural light, along with blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The kitchen is stocked with high-end appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, and a Keurig coffee and tea machine. Enjoy high-quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens for comfortable sleeping, a smart TV for streaming, and an on-site washer and dryer. The rooftop patio features comfortable outdoor furniture. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet per night. This townhome is located in a prime location near Seattle University and hospitals, steps from Pike/Pine and Broadway's lively scene. It's also minutes away from Swedish Hospital, Harborview Medical Center, and Virginia Mason Medical Center. As one of Seattle’s oldest and most densely populated neighborhoods, First Hill/Cherry Hill provides a unique experience from block to block, with lush tree-lined lanes north of Madison Street, the twin spires of St. James Cathedral, and plenty of quirky local finds in between. The district’s location, nestled between downtown and the colorful Capitol Hill neighborhood, means that calling First Hill home also conveniently positions you to make the most of the entire city. With a high walk score and many dining, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance, it's also less than a 5-minute walk to many bus stops. Ride-sharing services are highly recommended. This is a pet-friendly home, but please refrain from allowing pets on furniture and linens. Do not leave pets unattended and please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am, no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and no shoes are allowed in the home. There is a $500 fine per violation. The home does not have dedicated parking, but a city-issued guest parking permit is provided for free street parking. Capitol Hill is a densely populated area, so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. Registration Number: STR-OPLI-21-001302
