A city-issued street parking permit is also provided for street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Tucked on a quiet street just one block from Seattle Center, you're steps away from iconic landmarks like the Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, and the Gates Foundation. Surrounded by local cafés, restaurants, and excellent public transit, the location makes it easy to explore all that Seattle has to offer. It's a 7-minute walk to Climate Pledge Arena, an 8-minute walk to the Gates Foundation, a 10-minute walk to the Space Needle and MoPOP, and a 13-minute walk to Kerry Park. The Amazon Spheres and South Lake Union are a 5–8 minute drive away, and Pike Place Market, Downtown, and Capitol Hill are an 8–10 minute drive away. This townhome is not handicap friendly, and guests must be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. The garage accommodates small vehicles and mid-size SUVs comfortably; full-size SUVs may fit, but maneuvering can be tight and may require extra care. This is not a pet-friendly home, and there is a $500 fine for unauthorized pets. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am, no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy is allowed, and no shoes are allowed in the home.
