The living room offers a warm and inviting ambiance with a comfortable sectional and a flat-screen TV with high-speed Wi-Fi. Each bedroom is curated and designed with your comfort in mind with rustic touches and musical motifs, offering fluffy pillows, crisp linens, and comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms feature classic white quartz paired with beautiful gold hardware, including an ensuite with a glass walk-in shower and dual vanities. Free parking is available to all guests in the garage, on the driveway, and on the streets. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 will be applied for each guest exceeding six. Conveniently near Hwy 610, you can easily zip around to Houston’s many attractions. Nearby attractions include The Galleria, Houston’s premier shopping destination, Houston City Centre, a trendy spot that offers great shopping, entertainment and dining, and Memorial Park. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. A noise alert device is installed in the home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. The backyard features a swimming pool, a basketball hoop, a fire pit, and a patio with a BBQ grill, but the spa heating element and jets are inoperable.
