Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodation for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, elegant cabinetry, and a kitchen island, offering plenty of prep space to whip up your favorite recipes. The open-concept layout makes it easy to socialize as you work your magic in the kitchen. The dining area features a dinner table with seating for 8 and a kitchen island with seating for 3, creating a restaurant-like atmosphere. The living room offers a warm and inviting ambiance with a comfortable sectional, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, all set in a modern rustic décor. Each bedroom is curated with rustic touches and musical motifs, offering fluffy pillows, crisp linens, and comfortable mattresses. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a huge ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet, while the 3 additional bedrooms include queen and bunk beds. The bathrooms are elegantly designed with classic white quartz and gold hardware, featuring double vanities and essential toiletries. The backyard is a haven for fun and relaxation, with an outdoor swimming pool, playground set, basketball hoop, fire pit, and patio with outdoor dining and BBQ grill. The fully fenced yard ensures privacy. Free parking is available in the garage and on the driveway, with additional street parking if needed. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee per additional guest. Welcome to Houston!
