House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Free parking is available in the garage, on the driveway, and on the streets. Located minutes from good food, great drinks, and attractions in the desirable Woodshire Brittany neighborhood, this home is conveniently near Hwy 610, providing easy access to Houston’s many attractions. Nearby attractions include The Galleria, Houston City Centre, and Memorial Park. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Full disclosure of the number of people on the property at any time is required. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
