The backyard offers a turfed and beautifully landscaped space with a patio area, outdoor dining, an outdoor grill, and a fire pit. Free parking is available in the two-car garage and on the driveway. A laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Located on a quiet street in Montrose, this gem is close to award-winning restaurants and vibrant nightlife. Nearby attractions include The Houston Museum of Natural Science, Minute Maid Park, the Houston Museum of Fine Arts, the Menil Contemporary Museum, and Rothko Chapel. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. An additional nightly rate will be applied for each guest after the first six. The master bedroom closet is not available for guest use. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, and should not be left unattended. A noise alert device has been installed to measure decibels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded. * Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture.
