The lady in the office, Danielle, was not only incredibly friendly but also a total foodie, which made our conversation so enjoyable. She had a wealth of knowledge about the apartment amenities and local businesses, which was extremely helpful as I'm new to the area.
The property itself is stunning. As a parent, it's crucial for me to have all the information about an area before moving with my family, and the lady in the office made sure to provide all the necessary details, making the whole experience feel personalized and welcoming.

Hanover Southampton is a great place to live. The location is in the heart of the Rice University area so it's walkable to many restaurants, bars and museums. Service is great. Elizabeth, the manage, is extremely kind and takes care of all the residents needs. Finally, I need to shout out the concierges who are available 24/7. I feel so lucky to live at such a special spot and highly, highly recommend this building to people interested

This community is absolutely amazing! Everything you could possibly look for when searching for a new place to call home:
Staff: Great management, professional, friendly & hospitable, responsive, communicative and genuinely caring.
Community: Pet friendly, well kept, clean, safe, plentiful indoor and outdoor amenities, spacious floor plans, 24 hour concierge
Location: Walking distance from many shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues, conveniently near Rice University and Texas Medical Center.
The list goes on and on. 10/10 Would recommend!!

Coming here has been a really good experience for me because I am not a resident but I do have to visit the property! I am always welcomed very warmly by the front desk concierge who is very attentive and friendly! Blanca, who I believe is during the morning always greets me with friendly conversations and is very pleasurable! Would highly recommend this upscale services!

Starting off with Nawaf at the front desk . He’s always a gentleman and welcoming . Blanca is so kind and knowledgeable about the building
In the office Stephen the leasing manager is a true client advocate. I have referred people to the building and even on my renewals he always goes to bat for me
