Discover the perfect short-term or mid-term stay and feel at home in this Houston home, professionally managed and fully equipped with everything you'll need for an exceptional experience. You'll have everything you need for a pleasant stay, including fresh towels, body wash, shampoo, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. All TVs are smart TVs with apps for local channels, movies, and streaming services, and you are welcome to log into your own accounts. A first aid kit and fire extinguisher are located in the kitchen. If you use the grill, please clean it thoroughly for the next guest. Handle all appliances with care, and contact your host if you need help operating anything. Baby/toddler equipment is available upon request for a fee. This home is conveniently located near many Houston attractions, including the Beer Can House, The Menil Collection, Houston Museum District, Jones Hall, Kemah Boardwalk, and San Jacinto Battleground State Historical Park. Enjoy upscale dining at Del Frisco's Steakhouse, Brennan's, Toulouse, Steak48, Le Colonial, and Houston’s Restaurant. Leisure and shopping options include the Galleria, Uptown Park, River Oaks District, Memorial City Mall, City Centre, Town and Country Village, West Oaks Mall, Katy Mills Mall, and Houston Premium Outlets. Smoking and vaping are allowed only on the patio. Please do not set the A/C fan to “On,” and do not set the A/C below 69°F to avoid freezing the system. When checking out or leaving for an extended time, please set A/C to 77°F to conserve energy. If hot water runs out, please allow time for the water heater to recover. No need to make the beds upon check-out, but please wash any used dishes and dispose of trash properly. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so please be respectful of our neighbors at all times. Public transportation options are limited in this area, making having a car the most convenient way to get around. For guests without a car, rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft are recommended for transportation needs. Our housekeeping team uses the back storage unit for laundry and supplies, so you may notice occasional activity.
