The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, along with all basic cooking essentials. The dining area includes a dinner table with seating for 6+, place settings, dining utensils, and breakfast bar seating at the kitchen island. The living room offers a couch, high-speed Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, a coffee table, a media console, and a designer rug. There is a laundry room fully equipped with a washer and dryer. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, and guests are welcome to log in with personal accounts. Free parking is available to all guests in the garage, and street parking is also available. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate of $29 per night will be applied for each guest exceeding the first six guests. To comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in the home. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
