My husband and moved back to Houston in 2022, I manage a cafe right next door to these adorable apartments and was thrilled to learn they were available to lease. First, the management is very good at this place. I mean every concern is met with validating human response and I think Celo and Ashley who run the office do an amazing job. Then, the maintenance staff has in emergency situations such as the freeze we got in Houston this year come to my rescue to tighten and fix my heater. Lastly but not least the location and aesthetic of this place is to die for. Both my jobs are within a 2 mile radius and I can choose to drive or use alternative transportation. Pricing is valid for the amenities however if you are someone who has a lot of furniture maybe the floor plan might be a bit clustered. I love sunrise by the park!

I just recently moved downtown with my fiancé. I just wanted to drop a line and say that I had a wonderful experience here at Sunrise By The Park. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Every time I had any issues the ladies in the office would hear me out and take care of said issue. This place was also convenient for me during my night out with the besties! Location was great. I’ll truly miss it. Thanks for everything!
