While there is no washer/dryer or dishwasher, and no AC, the space remains comfortable with heat only. Ample parking is available in the driveway and around the house. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet per night. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation. This home is in Ballard, a hip and trendy neighborhood northwest of downtown Seattle. Enjoy access to many bars, ice cream shops, tea and coffee parlors, and a lovely beach park at Golden Gardens. Ballard Ave, the key retail street, hosts a farmers market on Sundays. The home is one block away from the main road (15th Ave) with plenty of bus stops, making it easy to explore Fremont, UW, and downtown Seattle. For broader exploration, consider a car or Uber, with a dedicated parking spot and additional free street parking available. This property has two separate houses (Front House and Back House) with private entrances, ensuring privacy and no shared amenities. The outdoor area is shared with front house guests, so please respect their privacy and quiet enjoyment. Strictly no parties or events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, and no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation.
