The fully equipped kitchen, complete with sleek stainless steel appliances, invites you to cook and dine at your leisure. Relax in the cozy living area, where a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure entertainment and connectivity throughout your stay. Take advantage of resort-style amenities, including a pickleball court, fitness center, sauna, cold plunge, co-working lounge, yoga lawn, BBQ areas, and a peaceful community garden. Communal amenities are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Access to the sauna and cold plunge is limited to 2 people at a time, and the gym is limited to 2-4 people at a time. Please reach out to us for the access code. Barbecue grills are available, and grilling tools are provided to clean the grills once you’re finished. The fire pit must remain in its designated area and should not be moved. Please adhere to any county burn ban in effect. There are 4 pickleball paddles and balls in the unit. Please ensure to return them after use. Located just minutes from South Lamar, Zilker Park, and Downtown Austin, Mirador is the perfect home base for food lovers, adventurers, and culture enthusiasts. Tucked between the iconic South Congress and the historic charm of Barton Hills, South Lamar is one of Austin’s best-kept secrets. This vibrant neighborhood offers a perfect blend of city excitement and local charm, making it an ideal spot for travelers looking to experience the best of Austin. Outdoor lovers will appreciate the nearby Barton Creek Greenbelt, perfect for hiking, swimming, and rock climbing. Meanwhile, Zilker Park, home to the Austin City Limits Music Festival, Barton Springs Pool, and the Zilker Botanical Gardens, is just a short drive away. Pets are not allowed at this vacation rental. No smoking inside or outside, and fees may apply for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Fireworks are not allowed. Please place all trash in the designated trash bins and avoid using plastic bags in recycling. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
